The CHFI course effectively helped me understand the world of information security a lot better.  I have now a much clearer picture of what terms like Virus, Trojan and DoS, etc.  mean and the impacts they can have on our information systems.  The course materials were comprehensive and the instructor was resourceful at the training sessions.
